A man has been released on bail with special conditions after allegedly behaving aggressively in Bigton.
Martyn Fisher, 58, of the area’s Hayhoull Place has also been accused of driving a car while unfit to do so through drink or drugs on Saturday.
His case before sheriff Philip Mann was continued without plea when he appeared from custody today before Sheriff Philip Mann. He will appear in court again on Wednesday.
