Once the call is received you may or may not be required to travel to the Airport or to the Hospital to support the person affected by the incident. At all times you will ensure that excellent standards of communication and customer care are maintained, including support and welfare which may involve a range of activities such as shopping, companionship and making contact calls to family and employers as necessary.
