Part-Time Admin. Receptionist

We currently have an exciting employment opportunity within our business for a Part-Time Receptionist based at Sullom Voe.

Job purpose: 
● As a key member of the Sodexo On-site Team, the postholder must ensure that all Receptionist Services are delivered to the agreed contract specifications.

● Ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe/practical manner and deliver the health and safety values of service excellence.

Requirements: 
He/she would be hard-working, self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative and reliable.

I.T. Skills: 
Intermediate: all systems e.g. Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.

Key Tasks: 
● Provision of an efficient, professional and confidential administrative support and assist other roles as re-quired.

● Responsible for receiving all calls to the Terminal switchboard and placing outgoing calls.

● Meet and greet visitors.

Hours per week: 0900-1700.

22.5 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday
