NIGHT PORTER
This is a full time post, five nights from seven for a responsible person, looking after guests and the hotel overnight. The post involves some late night check ins, guest services, regular security and fire checks around the building, early morning calls and check outs, and generally attending in a diplomatic and helpful manner to our guests overnight. There is also some light cleaning; and room set up tasks dependent upon what is on the next day. You should have a pleasant disposition in dealing with the public, and have a responsible and mature outlook for being on overnight duty.We have a team of four full time night porters responsible for our hotels in Lerwick. Salary £15,500 per annum.
