Salary £26,953 rising to £33,691 per annum
We have an opportunity for an Airport Terminal Manager to join our team in Sumburgh Airport.
As Terminal Manager you’ll ensure the day to day operations of the airport are undertaken in an effi cient and customer focused manner. You’ll also assist the Airport Manager in ensuring that operations meet statutory, regulatory and Company standards, developing and implementing business growth strategies, the preparation of budgets, monitoring expenditure and income trends and preparation of monthly/quarterly reports.
You’ll have several years experience in a managerial role and be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness. Knowledge of airport infrastructure and operational issues including regulatory requirements would be advantageous and a professional management qualification would be desirable but not essential.
You will be a good team player who will manage, motivate and develop the current team, as well as contributing to the maintenance and development of Sumburgh Airport. You’ll be able to make sound decisions under pressure and contribute towards effective interdepartmental team working within the airport.
